A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. At around 15:00 on September 16, 2018, the Defendant, along with the victim C (one’s name, two’s age, 44) who was in a relationship with the passenger room at Jinju-si, Bano-si, 2018, took a video image of the Defendant’s cell phone camera, and the victim, who walk from the bed to the bed from the bed room at the bed body.

B. At around 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant used the Defendant’s mobile phone camera at the same place as before the same day, taken the victim’s image as soon as the Defendant’s sexual organ was boomed.

2. Intimidation;

On September 20, 2018, the Defendant sent a message to the effect that, around 12:07, at the Defendant’s residence above the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant sent Fmers for the foregoing reasons, “I sent the victim a message to the effect that,” and “I cannot speak after the telephone occurs.”

The victim threatened the victim as if he had transmitted the video recorded with the cell phone of the victim, and then spread the video recorded with the victim.
