A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2013, 2013, the Defendant borrowed money: (a) the victim C, who became aware of through Internet hosting, was able to carry out the business of importing household operated by his father by telephone; (b) the victim, who was able to carry out the business of importing household operated by her father, was able to carry out the business of importing household operated by her father; (c) the victim, on August 27, 2013, was able to bring him to the head of the Tong by telephone. A/S (S) shall go to go to the wind coming from her house, and if he/she borrowed KRW 50,000,000 at the expense, he/she shall be repaid within one month.

However, in fact, the defendant was engaged in D's behavior, and the money for gambling was left away from the sports earth and sand, and the father of the defendant did not operate the imported household enterprise, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay the money borrowed to the victim because he did not have any property even though he had been liable for the credit card amount to 60 million won.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 50,000 from the victim to the E company bank account (F) in the name of E designated by the Defendant. From around that time to October 24, 2013, the Defendant acquired 8,950,000 won in total through 16 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Table (1) from around that time.

2. On September 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) false statement that “The Defendant, by telephone, purchased Emers scarf from the department store instead of gift to the customer; and (b) paid the price to the customer at an early date when he would settle the price.”

However, in fact, the defendant sold the above Scarp as used goods and used the above Scarp for the cost of living, and as such, the above financial standing has aggravated, thereby paying the Scarf amount that the victim settled instead of paying.
