A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 1, 2014, the defrauded, at the “E” office located in Hongsung-gun D, operated by the Victim C, the Defendant: (a) “E is unconstitutional; (b) he/she has been able to collect the fine; and (c) he/she has received and sold the house, and (d) has a lot of money if he/she sold it.

If NN bears the purchase cost of the constitutional collection, it will provide the following money with the repair of the local government:

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, the fact that the defendant purchased the FF house from the Hongsung-gun, and accepted it and did not have any intention or ability to leave the money to the victim.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 5.7 million from the victim as the down payment on the same day; (b) and (c) obtained a total of KRW 47.1 million from the victim on nine occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made use of the official pen in the column of the real estate transaction contract to “F of Hongsung-gun; (b)” in the area column “20 square meters; (c)”, “10,000,000 square meters; and (d) in the seller’s address column, “F” in the seller’s resident registration number column; (c) “G” in the seller’s name column; (d) “H” in the seller’s name column; (e) “H” in the buyer’s name column; (e) “C” in the buyer’s name column; and (e) marked “A” in the broker’s name column and the broker’s name column; and (e) sealed the Defendant’s seal on the name subsequent to the above H’s name as “H”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate transaction contract in the name of H, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2) On September 11, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s office, using a verification-type pen, used in the form of a real estate transaction contract, as “J” in the column of re-written form, “20 square meters of buildings, site 20 square meters” in the area column, “29,160,000 square meters of land,” “29,160,000 square meters of land in thischeon-gu,” “J in the seller’s address column,” and “Ssung-gun J” in the seller’s address column.
