A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2012, 2012, the Defendant forged an official document, or forged official document uttering: (a) opened a part of the license, such as a copy of the first class driver’s license, which was previously owned, and a copy of the “E number,” which was attached to each part of the Defendant’s driver’s license; (b) forged one copy of the driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gangwon Police Agency, a public document, and submitted to the F representative G, who was aware of the forgery, a copy of the forged driver’s license, as seen above, as if he were a copy of the driver’s license, and exercised it.

At around 16:10 on September 15, 2012, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by forging private documents, uttering of a falsified investigation document, and the Resident Registration Act: (a) when the Defendant was controlled to drive without a license at the Young-gun Office at the Young-gun Office Office (KM) in the Young-dong Highway 206.8 KM branch located in the Pyeongtaek-gun Office Rental Park, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged documents in the name and resident registration number (I) stating the name and resident registration number (I) in the application for the transfer of the city and the case for the purpose of uttering; (b) forged documents in the name of H as to the certificate; and (c) issued the forged document and the written request for the transfer of the case to the Gangwon Provincial Police Agency, which

On September 15, 2012, the Defendant operated a dump truck owned by (i) Fump truck in the section of about 50 km from the F in Gangnam-si L to the sump truck in the Gangwon-si rental-gun, Seowon-gun, Seocheon-si, and (ii) a dump truck in the section of about 50 km from the Hump truck in the same section to the sump truck in the Young-dong Highway located in the same area.
