1. The Defendant used computers, etc.: (a) had the intent to purchase and sell game money by means of small-sum settlement at will using the victim B’s mobile phone known to the general public; and (b) had access to the “C” PC in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., and U.S. using another victim’s mobile phone to purchase the amount of 9,000 won using the victim’s mobile phone; (c) had the victim arbitrarily input the amount of 9,000 won in the market price to the victim’s mobile phone number; and (d) had the victim’s payment claim from 17:35 on the same day to 17:35 on the same day by purchasing the game money equivalent to a total of 495,000 won in the market price, such as the list of crimes No. 1, and requested information from the victim to the victim’s mobile phone without the victim’s authority, thereby obtaining the victim’s pecuniary benefits as the price for the aforementioned money.

2. Even if the mobile phone opened in the name of the victim was opened, there was no intention or ability to pay the cost of use.
