Punishment of the crime

Around August 19, 2015, the Defendant, “2016 High 982,” made a false statement to the “C” PC room located in Ulsan Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu, and to the victim of sexual intercourse D, “a person who lends a mobile phone to make a telephone conversation.”

However, even if the defendant borrowed a mobile phone from the injured party, he did not think of the call, and he purchased a victim's future cultural gift certificate, and then sold it through the Internet.

1. Crimes against victims E;

A. On August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime on August 21, 2015, false statement was made to the victim E’s wife in the pc room operated by the victim E in Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu on August 21, 2015.

However, in fact, the defendant did not think of lending a mobile phone from the victim, and he purchased a cultural merchandise coupon to the victim's mobile phone because he did not have money during the time, and then sold it on the Internet and prepared money.

The Defendant received from the victim's wife the mobile phone from the victim's wife, namely, the victim's mobile phone, purchased the Chapter 4 online cultural merchandise coupons of "Graland", and the Chapter 5 of "Yail" online cultural merchandise coupons of amounting to KRW 110,00,00, and claimed KRW 240,000 as the victim's mobile phone charges.

B. On August 23, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime around August 23, 2015, at the immediately preceding Pc room around 22:00, the Defendant made a false statement to his/her wife and took a cell phone from the said victim’s seat, namely,,, he/she took a false statement from the said pc room, and received a false statement from the said victim’s wife, and the Defendant was “Tland” culture gift certificate equivalent to KRW 50,00,500.
