"2013 Highest 4922"
1. On August 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around August 24, 2012, the Defendant entered D’s mobile phone number without authority when purchasing goods from B via D’s mobile phone (tel number: E) in the Internet shopping mall’s name, the representative of C, who was a transaction company B from B, to suspend the use thereof; and (b) entered D’s mobile phone number with payment method; and (c) when the cell phone certification number is transmitted to the site, the Defendant entered 62,450 won from C’s day to August 24, 2012 in the form of entering the number into the website; and (d) around 10 times from August 24, 2012 to September 1, 2012, the Defendant borrowed the Internet game machine small amount settlement service company and the mobile phone damage company Da 280,000,000,0000 won from the Internet shopping mall’s day;
Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 628,90 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.
2. On September 21, 2012, the Defendant settled a small amount of KRW 235,00 from the KGMonob loan of the victimized company 62,450 won on the day of the victimized company, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), by purchasing the game money on the Internet game website using a cell phone (the telephone number: H) in the name of B’s customer in F, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu., at around September 21, 2012, G, which is a customer of B, using the cell phone (the telephone number):
Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to 297,450 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.
"2013 Highest 5851" Defendant: (a) purchased cyber money by accessing purgies from F in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu around September 2012; (b) selected a mobile phone settlement method; and (c) then I entrusted it to the said B for repair.
