A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 11, 2016, the Defendant joined the Internet private gambling site “B” and visited the Defendant’s private gambling site “B,” and then, from the Defendant’s side C’s account (Account Number: D), the Defendant received the money from the National Bank account (Account Number x 6960104 x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x 100,000 won by sending the card to the National Bank account in the name of “limited company address x x x x x x x x x x x x x 100,00 won by inserting the card on the screen and sending it to the other party’s money. In addition, from that time to April 24, 2017, the Defendant transferred the sum of KRW 850,3650,000 to 230 times from two accounts in the name of the Defendant’s father C (Account Number: D and E) to two accounts in the name of the Defendant’s father C, such as the details of the transaction in the attached sheet, and carried out a black jack game and a “Bara” game habitually.
