A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2012, the Defendant had been sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of opening gambling in the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and was habitually gambling as follows:

1. On May 20, 2015, the Defendant, through the Internet private gambling site (C), visited the Defendant’s residence in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to C, a private gambling site, and deposited KRW 1,00,50,00 in the account in the name of (ju) seed sales designated by the said website, deposited the same amount of money, and deposited the same amount of money.
