1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

2. Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant: (a) received psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related mail from “B” in the name-free name named “B” residing in Thailand; and (b) received psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related mail; and (c) intended to import crophones into the Republic of Korea.

Around February 4, 2019, the above “B” received philophones brought into the Republic of Korea from E located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, on February 8, 2019, from the date of gambling, and then sent to the Republic of Korea the philophones which were concealed in plastic cases by inserting the philophones in plastic cases, through Thailand C. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant received philophones brought into the Republic of Korea from E located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, in collusion with the above “B”, the Defendant imported philophones into the Republic of Korea in Thailand.

B. The above “B” is the foregoing around February 18, 2019.

On February 22, 2019, the Defendant sent 7.04g philopon 7.04g, concealed in the same manner as the port entry, to the Republic of Korea by air-level mail, and received philopon, as above, brought into the Republic of Korea at the Busan Northern apartment and H residential areas around February 13:12, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above “B”, imported 7.04 gramphones into the Republic of Korea in Thailand.

2. The defendant, who administered philophones, around 09:30 on February 8, 2019, 1-B

In the way of the dwellings indicated in the port, the philophone was administered in such a way as to put the philophone into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the arms.
