Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) plays an important role in E Co., Ltd. that pays KRW 4.16 billion as of June 30, 2017 and operating income of KRW 585.1 billion as of June 30, 2017. As of Korea Electric Power Corporation, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) has designated the Korea Development Bank as a public institution in possession of KRW 32.9% and KRW 18.2% of the Korea Development Bank as of June 30, 2017. One of six subsidiaries that it holds KRW 100% of the 100% equity interest and KRW 585.1 billion as of 2016. The said D’s president is involved in the contract entered into by D (a service contract for maintaining driving remuneration: KRW 360 billion; KRW 230 billion; KRW 3.10 billion in fuel import contract; KRW 2016); and all of its officers, employees, and G.

The president of the above D shall appoint the president through the proposal of the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy if the recommendation committee for the recommendation of three persons in the order of priority as a candidate for the recommendation of the president through document review and interview examination, and recommended the president to the ledger of industrial self-sufficiency, which is the competent agency. The interview examination shall consist of (1) the ability to present easily and vision, (2) the knowledge and experience related to the electric utility industry sector, (3) the organization management and management ability, (4) the sound ethical awareness, such as integrity of integrity, and (2) the total of four evaluation items; (6) the members of the recommendation committee in the name of the six president (the chairperson: I: J, K, L, M, and N) shall be the maximum of 25 items per each evaluation item; (100 points in total; and (3) the order of priority determined according to the above combined scores, and (4) the examination results shall be compiled by submitting the evaluation table to the relevant employees in the manner of converting the points to the relevant employees.
