1. Basic facts

A. 1) Land allotment 1) Land C in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si (hereinafter “instant land”), such as land indication in the attached cadastral map;

all of the lands described below are located in the same Ri and indicated only by the lot number.

2) On the south side of the land, E, F, G, and H land are connected in sequence, and I land is connected to E, while D land is adjacent to the northwest andwest side of the land of this case. On the other hand, the land of this case was connected to the south side of the land of this case, such as the annexed Gu cadastral map indication, and there was a lot of land adjoining to the north side of the land of this case in the form of a straight line between the two sides of the land of this case and eachwest side of the land of this case.

B. 1) The instant land was divided, merged, and transfer of ownership. Plaintiff Chobu K acquired ownership on March 12, 1930. The Plaintiff’s attached L was purchased on March 5, 1973 and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on March 10, 1980. The Plaintiff was donated on April 22, 2013 and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 26, 2013. 2) The Defendant’s mother was divided into land E and F land (area 780 square meters) on April 30, 1965. The Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on October 30, 197, divided the instant land into E and F land (area 780 square meters) on April 30, 196, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership for reasons of inheritance on November 6, 1976.

3) On March 10, 197, M transferred the ownership of F land (area 7880 square meters) to N. on May 3, 200, N transferred the ownership of the said land to P on October 27, 200, and divided G land into F land (area 7880 square meters) on November 25, 2002, K transferred the ownership of H land to Q Q on July 5, 1950, Q Q transferred the ownership of H land to R on July 24, 1973.
