Imprisonment with prison labor for A, one year and six months, fines of 30,000,000 won, and punishment for Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B served as an executive officer of the EF established under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act (hereinafter “EFF”) from February 2010 to August 2012, and Defendant B served as a representative of EFF from March 2003.

The Defendants, taking advantage of the relationship with the F of the EF, arrange C’s G to be employed as a contracting officer of the EF and offered to receive money and valuables from C in return.

According to the above public offering, Defendant B and A expressed their intent to arrange for the EF officers and employees of the EF to be employed by the EF if they offer money such as “I will help children be employed by EF,” at the cafeteria’s mutually cafeteria’s cafeteria’s cafeteria’s cafeteria’s request around November 201, and Defendant B promised to receive KRW 25 million from C in the name of job placement service for children who work for EF, and Defendant B promised to receive KRW 25 million from C in the name of job placement service for children who work for EF.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to receive money and other valuables and other benefits on the intermediation of matters belonging to other officers and employees of the financial company, etc. by taking advantage of their status.

2. Defendant C, as described in the above paragraph (1), is seeking to receive money and goods in return for job placement services for A, the executive officers of the EF, and the above G, through EF executives and employees of the EF, to find the above G in the EF.
