Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 15:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the J to the effect that H would be employed as a staff member of the F Co., Ltd. in the F Co., Ltd.’s F Co., Ltd., and received a request from the F Co., Ltd., the Defendant acquired property in return for an unlawful solicitation in connection with his/her duties.

B. At around 15:00 on April 13, 2015, the Defendant received a request from the Defendant’s home located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Kim Sung-gun to change the interview points so that L is employed as an employee, and received 300,000 won in cash, and acquired property in response to an unlawful solicitation in connection with his/her duties.

2. Defendant B, as a director of the Nonghyup Co., Ltd. and an interview for employment of the F station staff in the F station in the management of the Nonghyup, received a request from H’s father I, who applied for the employment of F station staff from the F station staff in the G station in Gyeong-gun, Kim Sung-gun, on April 11, 2015, to the effect that H would be employed as a staff member, and received one million won cashier’s check from the F station staff in the above F station staff in the name of the Defendant’s office, and acquired property in response to an unlawful solicitation in connection with his duties.

3. Defendant C received a request to the effect that, as a member of an interview to employ a F Co., Ltd. employee in the F Co., Ltd.’s F Co., Ltd.’s operation, the Defendant would be able to easily change the interview points to employ H from H’s father I who applied for the employment of F Co., Ltd.’s employees at the entrance of GU, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, on April 11, 2015, one million won cashier’s checks.
