Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 15:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the J to the effect that H would be employed as a staff member of the F Co., Ltd. in the F Co., Ltd.’s F Co., Ltd., and received a request from the F Co., Ltd., the Defendant acquired property in return for an unlawful solicitation in connection with his/her duties.

B.
