Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant used mobile phones in the second female toilets room in the C University Library of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju-gu. However, in light of the fact that the defendant has no criminal history and is against the crime of this case, there is a special reason to refrain from disclosing personal information. Thus, the court does not issue an order to disclose the registered information under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse.
