Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant, “2013 Godan6534,” in the “Dju shop” female toilets located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, about October 23:25, 2013, sought the appearance of women who are viewed as melting the above female toilets, into one column of the toilet, entered the said female toilets, and sees the above face from the side square.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets to satisfy sexual desire.

On November 13, 2013, at around 20:45, the Defendant: (a) was in front of a female toilet adjacent to a “G” restaurant located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant intruded into the above female toilet managed by the victim under his/her name in order to cut away the body of an unspecified female, and invaded the said female toilet into the said female toilet managed by the victim under his/her name in order to cut away the body of the female, and invaded the face into the above female toilet of the said victim H in a way that the victim H was exposed to the toilet of the said victim H.
