1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates Bosch Rexroth Transportation Business, and Defendant B is a person of Defendant A.

Victim E(37 ) and Victim F(30 30 ) are articles of director.

Defendant

A became a vision for the victim F and the towing of vehicles before the occurrence of the instant case.

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crime at the H office located in Pyeongtaek-si G on January 3, 2018, on the grounds that they were dissatisfied with the victim F, such as all of the facts recorded. The Defendants found the victim E in the above office. Defendant A, as drinking, was at the time of head of the victim E in the above office. Defendant B was at the time of kneeing the victim E’s face with knee, Defendant A was at the time of knee, Defendant A was at the victim’s hand, Defendant A was at the time of kne, Defendant A was at the victim’s kne, with the victim’s kne, and Defendant B committed assaulting the victims, such as the victim’s clothes cut off for about two weeks, and the victim F was at around six weeks of the victim’s clothes, thereby causing injury to the victim E, such as the victim’s non-feling of the bar mouth, etc. requiring approximately six weeks of medical treatment.

2. On January 3, 2018, at around 22:35, Defendant B signed the signature column of the voluntary accompanying agreement to be signed by the police officer who was dispatched to the site at Pyeongtaek-si, and submitted it to the police officer in the signature column of the voluntary accompanying agreement to be called “I,” the Defendant’s living together at around 22:53 on the same day, and submitted to the police officer the signature column of the written statement to be exercised in the course of being investigated into suspicion of non-take of alcohol, at around 23:14 on the same day, the Defendant signed the signature column of the written statement to be signed by “I,” the Defendant’s living together at the same place as “I,” the Defendant’s living together, and submitted it to the police officer at around 23:14 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature and submitted a forged signature to the police officer and used it.
