Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:40 on July 19, 2014, the Defendants were asked about how to pay the taxi fee to the sloping F belonging to the Goyang Police Station E District of the Goyang Police Station called up after receiving a report due to the failure to pay the taxi fee in front of Goyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu. Defendant A used the aforesaid F “I am the police, I do not do so. I do not do so.” The body of the Defendants with ten minutes of bathing, such as “I am the police, I do not do so. I do not do so.” The Defendants used the body of the Defendants, who have been carrying the 10-minute bath theory, with their face. Defendant B am the knish with his face, and assaulted the knish.

As a result, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning police officers' criminal investigation and criminal restraint.

2. Defendant B

A. On July 19, 2014, the Defendant signed “H” rather than the name of the Defendant, which is the name of the Defendant’s wife, as the name of the Defendant’s wife, on the following grounds: (a) at the Goyang Police Station E District E District of Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu; and (b) at the risk of being arrested as a flagrant offender of the obstruction of performance of official duties; and (c) at the risk of being aware of the occurrence of fines.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged another's signature in the H's name for the purpose of exercising his right.

B. The Defendant is entitled to the above investigation and signature under Article 2(a).

At the time and place stated in the paragraph, the police officer assistant F of the above police station, who is aware of the fact, submitted a written confirmation stating the forged private signature as mentioned above to the police officer F, and exercised the forged private signature by filing it with the investigation record as if it was genuine.

C. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act No. 2

After being arrested as an offender in the act of obstruction of performance of official duties at the time and place mentioned in the paragraph, the police officer's name without stating his/her name and resident registration number to the police officer who asked his/her personal information at the time of the preparation of the confirmation document and the protocol of interrogation of suspect. The resident registration number refers to H's resident number.
