1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 20, 2009, the Defendant is a union that completed the registration of establishment on March 23, 200 with respect to an urban development project of the size of 562,249 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) from the head of Pyeongtaek-si and completed the establishment on March 20, 200. The Plaintiff is an owner of the area of 1,199 square meters prior to Pyeongtaek-si (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. Process of promoting the instant urban development project

1. Name of an urban development zone: A F district urban development zone;

2. Location and area of an urban development zone;

(a) Location: Pyeongtaek-si Dron; and

(b) Area: 562,249 square meters;

4. An implementer of an urban development project (if no implementer has been designated, the proposer) and the seat of its principal office;

(a) proposer: The chairman of the Urban Development Project Promotion Committee for the F District: G; and

(b) Address: Pyeongtaek-si D Day; and

5. Period for implementing and implementing an urban development project;

(a) Period: The date on which the implementation plan is authorized to take a replotting disposition;

B. Method of construction: Replotting 1) The Gyeonggi-do Governor shall undertake an urban development project of the F District (hereinafter “instant urban development project”) with the following content E-ro announced by Gyeonggi-do on September 25, 2008.

The designation and development plan was formulated and announced as an urban development zone.

1. Name of an urban development zone: A F district urban development zone;

2. Location and area of an urban development zone;

(a) Location: Pyeongtaek-si Dron; and

(b) Area: A flag, 562,249 square meters - 560,887 square meters;

(c) Ground for change: A survey of the boundary line of an urban development zone and a change of the area due to a landless lot number in the district.

4. Implementers of urban development projects and the seat of their principal office;

(a) Implementers: flag: - Change of the Chairman of the Urban Development Project Promotion Committee for F District (G) - Defendant (partnership G);

(b) Address: Pyeongtaek-si D Day; and

(c) Ground: Authorization to establish an association and designation of implementer.

5. Period for implementing and implementing an urban development project;

(a) Period: The date on which the implementation plan is authorized to take a replotting disposition;

(b) Method: Pyeongtaek-si on September 25, 2009, in the Replotting 2 Pyeongtaek-si.
