Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 20, 2009, the Defendant is the owner of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter “instant land”), which is the land within the said urban development project zone, and the Plaintiff is the association that completed the establishment registration on March 23, 2009 with authorization for establishment from the head of Pyeongtaek-si with respect to an urban development project of a size of 562,249 square meters.
B. Process of promoting the instant urban development project
1. Name of an urban development zone: A C district urban development zone;
2. Location and area of an urban development zone;
(a) Location: Pyeongtaek-si Dron; and
(b) Area: 562,249 square meters;
4. An implementer of an urban development project (if no implementer has been designated, the proposer) and the seat of its principal office;

5. Period for implementing and implementing an urban development project;
(a) Period: The date on which the implementation plan is authorized to take a replotting disposition;
B. Construction method: Replotting 1) The Committee for Promotion of Urban Development Projects of Pyeongtaek District submitted a proposal for designation of an urban development project district to implement an urban development project by replotting method with respect to 562,249m2 of Pyeongtaek-si (D Ilwon) on June 27, 2007, and the Gyeonggi-do Governor’s announcement on September 25, 2008, as follows:
The designation and development plan was formulated and announced as an urban development zone.
1. Name of an urban development zone: A C district urban development zone;
2. Location and area of an urban development zone;
(a) Location: Pyeongtaek-si Dron; and
(b) Area: A flag, 562,249 square meters - 560,887 square meters;
(c) Ground for change: A survey of the boundary line of an urban development zone and a change of the area due to a landless lot number in the district.
