A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted murder at Daejeon District Court on August 20, 2012, and on November 13, 2013, the said court sentenced the Defendant to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for indecent act, etc. on May 3, 2018, and completed the execution of the final sentence in Daejeon Prison on May 3, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

On October 16, 2018, at around 13:55, the Defendant: (a) received a report from C in front of the road located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) carried out a request to present an identification card to verify personal information by a slope E (the age of 39) belonging to the Donnam Police Station of the Yanannam-dong Police Station (hereinafter referred to as “in front of a fighting match”; and (c) carried it over by hand, with both hand, the Defendant pushed the line of the said E.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on public peace and maintenance of order by assault.

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted murder at the Daejeon District Court on August 20, 2012, and on November 13, 2013, the said court sentenced the Defendant to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for an indecent act by force, etc., and completed the execution of the final sentence in the Daejeon Prison on May 3, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

If basic personal information is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information has a duty to report such change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date on which the reason for change and change occur.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit personal information changed to the chief of the competent police station of a residential area within 20 days from the date on April 19, 2019, when he/she moved into the Yannam-gu F and changed his/her domicile.
