[202. On August 23, 2002, the Daejeon High Court sentenced the Defendant to five years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On March 27, 2008, the Daejeon District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny), and on December 8, 2010, the Daejeon District Court sentenced the Defendant to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution

On July 29, 2013, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s property by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s diving, the Defendant: (b) with the cash of KRW 700,000,000 in the victim’s spawn and the cash of KRW 200,000 in the Defendant’s spawn credit cooperative.
