A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On September 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on September 29, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence on December 16, 2016.

[2017 Highest 2307]

1. A thief: (a) on February 2, 2017, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (b) was carrying approximately 8 km 2,400 g of the high iron metal in front of the entrance; and (c) was stolen from the Defendant’s Fpoter III cargo vehicle at KRW 2,400, the victim E-owned at the front of the entrance.

In addition, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 273,450 won from around 05:0 on February 2, 2017 to May 15:58, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 13 times, as shown in the list of crimes.

Around May 21, 2017, the Defendant intruded a structure: (a) around 15:58, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected without the victim’s permission in order to steal the abolishment, etc., as set forth in attached Table No. 13, in order to prevent the abolishment, etc., as set forth in attached Table No. 13, the victim H in Changwon-si G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

On April 12, 2017, around 05:30 on April 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the new airport located in the J of Chang-si, Changwon-si to the front end of the factory; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s Fpoter by carrying in the front end 500 won of the market price of the victim L who was placed in front of the entrance of the building at which the building was located.

2. On April 12, 2017, around 05:5:59, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the NN located in the M of the window at Changwon-si, Changwon-si on April 12, 2017; and (b) invaded up to the front end of the factory; and (c) stolen two Rabanes equivalent to KRW 30,00,000 in the market value of the victim’sO located in front of the entrance of the building; and (d) stolen the Defendant’s Fpoter on the Fpoter.

3. On April 12, 2017, around 06:05, the Defendant: (a) intruded into Q factory located in P of Changwon-si, Changwon-si around April 12, 2017; (b) Q factory, which was located in front of the entrance of the building; and (c) opened in front of the entrance of the building; and (d) the Defendant F.m., the decline pipe 100 kilograms equivalent to KRW 30,000,000 in front of the entrance of the building.
