Defendant A is a person in charge of safety and health management who is affiliated with C Co., Ltd. and manages and supervises all the matters concerning safety and health of seven workers who work at the site of the said steel framed work. Defendant B is affiliated with C Co., Ltd. and was in charge of management and supervision of the steel framed construction work by the steel framed workers, including I (65) who are the victims of the said steel framed team.
