Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 8, 2016, around 20:0, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.7 grams from H-ro in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was contained in vinyl G, to KRW 50,000,00.

B. On February 13, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 7,500,000 of philopon, which was divided from B, into 10 vinyl C, in the alleys near J Station in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I.

On February 13, 2016, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 700,000,00 of 1 gramopon to L at the front of K in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

(d)

In February 2016, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 700,000,000 to L, at the front day of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for approximately one gram of opon.

E. On March 10, 2016, the Defendant sold approximately 700,000 gramphones to L from the front day of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan CityK at the point of time.

F. On October 2015, the Defendant injected the philophones by taking the steam generated by heating L along with L at the house located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M and 108 at the seat of L, the Defendant injected the philophones through a philophone inhaler in a string machine.

G. On December 2015, the Defendant administered an influorial philophone with L in the same manner as written in the port, with L in Seoul Special Metropolitan City K and 101 around the lower end of December 2015.

H. On February 8, 2016, the Defendant administered a large amount of scopphones in the same manner as written in the port from K and 101 of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

(i) On March 11, 2016, around 15:00, the Defendant administered a bitphone in the Geumcheon-gu Seoul N and the second floor room in the same manner as the Defendant entered in the port.

2. Defendant B

A. On December 16, 2015, the Defendant entered the Incheon Jung-gu Airport as an airport of Jung-gu, Incheon by using Asian or aircraft letters in around 16:0 p.m. on December 16, 2015, into the Incheon International Airport, and containing approximately 0.7g of the penphonephones ( approximately 9.1g in total of phiphonephones).
