A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and one year of suspended execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the branch court of Suwon District Court on October 28, 2013, and became final and conclusive on November 5, 2013.

On October 1, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.21:10% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a B fwing truck at a section of about 330 meters from the front side of the poppy of the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun, Yangyang-gun, without a driver’s license, to the front side of the South Korean river, located in the same Ri.
