A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forging a private document;

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a donation contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant prepared a car transfer certificate with the purport that “F New SM5 vehicle owned by D will be transferred to the Defendant on May 3, 2016,” and entered the name of D in the column of the transferor at the bottom of the automobile transfer certificate, and held in advance subsequent to the transfer certificate, at the vehicle registration office of the Gu-U.S. city located in the Gu-si, Si, Si, Si, Si, Si, Si, Si, Si, Si, Gu.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a certificate of transfer of a motor vehicle in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. On May 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the registration office of the Daegu District Court, the Daegu District Court, the Gu District Court, U.S. registry of the Do-dong on May 2, 2016, and (b) No. 1
