A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

(b) was thought to sell the said vehicle to a third party at will by forging the document;

After all, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, obtained the delivery of 47 million won or more at the market price from the injured party and acquired it by deception.

2. Forging and holding private documents;

A. The Defendant, as stated in the preceding paragraph, was unaware of the victim, and did not pay the price for the vehicle under the name of the victim until one year after he received the benz vehicle from the victim, as stated in the preceding paragraph, and paid the balance by using the 15 million won of the vehicle’s seal certificate necessary for the transfer of the vehicle, and by using the 1 copy of the fenz vehicle’s seal certificate as security loan.

On September 19, 2012, after receiving one copy of the E certificate of the corporate seal impression from the injured party, from the victim, the name “E (E) and the corporate registration number”****************** on the fifth floor of the H building at the Dong Sea in the case of “the telephone number”, “G, address,” and “E (State)” written in the column of the end of the document, and then arbitrarily affixed the new E corporate seal impression.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a copy of a motor vehicle transfer certificate, which is a private document on the right to exercise.

B. On September 19, 2012, the Defendant issued to I as an agent for the registration of automobile transfer, documents related to the vehicle transfer including the above vehicle transfer certificate, etc., and had I use the forged vehicle transfer certificate at the registration office of Gwangju City in the 692 Gwangju City, as shown in the preceding paragraph, by presenting one copy of the forged vehicle transfer certificate to the person in charge of the registration of a vehicle under his name who is not aware of the fact.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Section 2-B, has I forged a motor vehicle transfer certificate.
