A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the execution of punishment shall be suspended.

피고인은 2016. 8. 20. 19:52경 전남 고흥군 B에 있는 ‘C마트’ 앞 도로에서 “주취자가 행패를 부린다”는 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 고흥경찰서 D파출소 소속 경사 E과 고흥경찰서 F파출소 소속 순경 G으로부터 “집에 데려다 주려고 하는데 어디 사세요”라는 말을 듣자 “이런 개새끼들, 무릎 꿇어, 이 새끼들”이라 욕설을 하면서 자신의 발 앞꿈치로 위 경사 E의 왼쪽 정강이 부위를 3회 차고, 계속하여 이를 제지하는 위 순경 G에게 “무릎 꿇어 새끼야”라고 말하며 자신의 발 앞꿈치로 위 순경 G의 왼쪽 정강이 부위를 2회 찼다.
