1. On August 3, 2012, the deceased B is based on a mutual aid agreement in the attached Form with respect to an accident that occurred due to liveram.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 22, 1998, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a mutual aid agreement in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”).

B. B, a final deduction of the instant mutual aid agreement, died on August 3, 2012, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 2 million to the Defendant on September 28, 2012 in accordance with the instant mutual aid agreement.

C. The terms and conditions of the instant mutual aid agreement are as follows.

Article 11 [Grounds for Payment of Mutual Aid Money] (1) The Federation shall pay the beneficiary the mutual aid money agreed upon (see attached Table 1, e.g., Table 1) to the beneficiary in any of the following cases:
