1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Basic Facts

On June 29, 2011, the Plaintiff concluded the instant insurance contract with Defendant B as the insured and beneficiary.

On July 24, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendants changed the policyholders and beneficiaries of the instant insurance contract to Defendant A.

(The insured is still Defendant B). Defendant B received hospital treatment for a total of 375 days from September 26, 2011 to November 19, 2014, as indicated in the list of payment details of the insurance proceeds as indicated below. Under the instant insurance contract, Defendant B received insurance proceeds of KRW 13,460,000 from the Plaintiff, and Defendant A received insurance proceeds of KRW 5,990,000 in total from the Plaintiff.
