Punishment of the crime
On November 18, 2018, the Defendant reported that the victim D purchased the food drying machine in the “E” at the residence of the Defendant of the Nam-gu B Manmanion C at Port on November 18, 2018, and made a false statement that he/she would sell the drying machine if he/she contacts the victim and transfers KRW 60,000 to the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 60,000 from the victim to the F bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant as the price for goods, and received KRW 9,330,500 in total from the victims over 45 times from that to February 19, 2019, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 350,000 won from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant from the victim, from that time, and received a total of five times from that time to February 24, 2019, including the transfer of KRW 1,270,000 from the victim’s account.
