A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 112,00 won from the victim as the price for the goods on the same day, in the F Association account under the name of the Defendant.
