Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2017, the Defendant agreed to set “D” at KRW 54,534,000 of the construction cost, on a verbal basis, with the employees C and the employees of the Victim B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim B”) around April 3, 2017, and the Defendant submitted “C” to the following month in the e-mail, thereby receiving remittance from each of the respective members’ accounts.

On May 2017, the Defendant, a false claim for labor cost, submitted the statement of daily labor cost to the e-mail (E) address of the above C in April 2017, stating in the statement that F was working for nine days in the unit price of KRW 200,000,000,000 in the unit price of KRW 1,80,000,000,000 in the unit price of KRW 1,53 days in the unit price of G as a chair, and demanding payment of labor cost by entering the total amount of KRW 19,50,000 in the unit price of KRW

The claim was filed.

However, in fact, F entered false matters in order to secure expenses, such as food, oil, and miscellaneous materials, even though he did not work at the site as the defendant's friendship, and G entered false matters as if he did not work at all as the defendant's wife, even though he did not work at all.

The defendant deceivings the victim company as above and is under this control from the victim company
