The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
misunderstanding of facts (the purport that the victim was able to do so due to breath's body and the victim's son was contacted with the latter part of the victim's body and that there was no fact that the victim did not commit a theft of wallet)
2. Determination:
Comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, the above argument by the defendant is without merit, since the defendant can sufficiently recognize that he did not have stolen it on the wind of the victim and did not commit an attempted crime, she could take over several times in the vicinity of the victim.
3. Conclusion
Therefore, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
