A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2006, the defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment and forfeiture due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court's branch office, and on October 16, 2009, sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon District Court's branch office, and on July 10, 2010, the defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 10, 201 and had the same criminal power more than four times.

Criminal facts

1. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant, at around 09:20 on August 9, 2012, 2012, stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate, one tax-free oil card, and two hundred and twenty thousand won in cash of the victim who was on the back of the bus stops in the front of the “D” located in the Chungcheongbuk-gun C, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and then cut off the wallets at the market price.

In this regard, the defendant is habitually 4 times.
