1. 2. 3. On July 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 2:00 on July 15, 2017, at the point of “K” administered by the Victim J, Young-jin-gu, Seoul; (b) was engaged as if the Defendant would pay the price; and (c) ordered the Victim to provide the Victim with an alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage; and (d) the Defendant was provided with an amount equivalent to KRW 180,00,000 in the aggregate market price, including the Victim’s T
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if the defendant orders the alcohol and the speech.
In addition, from that time to that of the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant, like the 2nd day of the annexed Table 2, shall provide the victims with a total of KRW 930,00,000 from the victims three times in the same manner.
