A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2019, at around 09:25, the Defendant 2019, reported a job-seeking advertisement to the victim C, and aided the work, using gapss in which surveillance is neglected, the Defendant took up one wallet equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market price of the victim's possession, which includes KRW 490,000 in cash from the victim's bank in Seongbuk-gu Seoul.

In addition, from October 3, 2018 to April 2, 2019, the Defendant attempted 11 times in total by the following methods: (a) from around October 3, 2018 to around April 2, 2019: (b) the victim’s wallet 5,960,000 won in cash; (c) the victim’s wallet gets out of or was removed from the wallet 11.

1. Among concurrent offenders, the reason for sentencing Article 37 (former part), Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act seems to be recognized as substitute for each of the crimes of this case and to reflect it, and there is no record of punishment for the same crime.

However, the nature of each of the crimes of this case committed several times in a similar way in several months is somewhat less than that of this case.

Now, damage has not been recovered most.

In addition, the punishment shall be determined as per Disposition by comprehensively taking into account various sentencing conditions, such as the defendant's age, environment, background of the crime in this case, and circumstances after the crime.
