A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. On March 24, 2017, at around 11:55, the Defendant called at the Defendant’s home located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, to the 112 Reporting Center, and “DJ police officers teared clothes.”
