1. No person shall interfere with the business of any other person, organization, or person on official duty due to a cause or injury not violating the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

On July 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) called the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-dong (Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu), called the 112 general situation room; (b) called the 112 general situation room; and (c) called the police officer in charge of receiving the 112 report; and (d) called the 112 general situation room on July 31, 2018, called the police officer in charge of receiving the 112 report, called the 112 report at the 112 general situation room; and (c) visited the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C District of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station to check the Defendant’s absence of a fine number of times; and (d) then, the Defendant attempted to enter the Overall General Situation-dong on July 31, 2018, called the 112 general situation room to “a police officer in charge of receiving the report has no money, and could not interfere with his/her duties, such as making it difficult for him/her to receive the report.”

2. On July 31, 2018, around 01:43, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report from the C District Branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, stating that “A police officer affiliated with the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C District Zone C, who called “I want to enter a prison at a place where he would have been seen to have been present. I want to enter the prison. I want to enter the prison.” On one occasion, the Defendant assaulted the police officer E’s right shoulder of the direction of filing a request for a summary judgment on one occasion at the left side of the police officer E, who notified of the request for a summary judgment.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

1. On December 12, 2018, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) around 22:05, the Defendant set the front front of the victim F (age 49) driving at the front of the Sim-ro 112-ro 2, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, without any reason, to prevent the Defendant from driving his/her bus at around 10 minutes, without any reason.
