Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with members of the phishing Fraud Group in China, solicited many and unspecified persons in Korea to withdraw money deposited in the account by misrepresenting the investigation agency by telephone or Internet, and solicited the victims to take out of the house by inducing them to another place, and conspired to commit a crime by bringing money out of the house or receiving money directly from the victims.

1. On November 18, 2015, an accomplice whose name is unknown, according to the above conspiracys such as intrusion upon residence and theft, makes the victim enter the account of the Bank and bring it back to the house laund of the victim in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and brought it back to the victim's house laund on November 14:13, 2015, using a telephone used by the Boscing fraud team to which the defendant belongs, "It is doubtful that any staff member of the Csti Bank is the same as that of this case, and that the Bank may collect the money in the account of the Party, and then withdraw the balance of 62 million won in cash and keep it in the laundry at the house of the victim's house."
