A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

One cell phone (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant intended to transfer money to the account requested by an investigation agency by misrepresenting himself/herself via telephone or the Internet, along with the members of the Sing Fraud Group, which is the total book of the Sing Fraud Group, the full book of the Sing Fraud Group (hereinafter “D”), or to commit various financial frauds such as receiving money by means of Internet banking, etc. using the personal information illegally acquired. The Defendant’s role of “D”, which is the total book of the Bosing Fraud Fraud Group, is to instruct the solicitation and delivery of the Sing passbook, withdrawal of the amount of damage, and remittance to China; the Defendant received KRW 60,000 per day and KRW 0.5% of the amount of money transferred; and the Defendant collected money from the persons under the name of the head of the passbook, and conspired in order to acquire money from the persons in charge of receiving the money to the account designated by the said “D” in the manner of receiving the money from the persons who suffered damage.

According to the above conspiracy, an accomplice whose name is not known will provide a loan to the victim E at around 14:06 on October 14, 2015 by using a telephone used by the Bosing Fraud, to which the Defendant belongs.

“On October 22, 2015, the Defendant received 28,000,000 won from the injured party to the company bank account (G) in the name of F around 20:38 of the same month, and 28,000,000 won from the bank account (I) in the name of H around 12:35 of the same month, and the Defendant received KRW 28,00,000 from the above H around 12:40 of the same month, around 12:40 of the same month.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with members of the Washington Fraud Group, including the name and influence (hereinafter “D”), and was given 48,000,000 won from the victim’s injury.
