Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2017, around 20:45, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the Defendant by towing the back part of the Defendant’s body and pushing the Defendant in good hands, leading the victim’s chest on his hand; and (b) assaulting the victim over the victim’s chest by pushing the victim’s chest on his hand.
