Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2016, the Defendant released 50,000 won in cash from ATM equipment (management number: E) installed in the front of the Gu in Ansan-si, ATM equipment (management number) managed by the victim D who had been installed in B during Ansan-si, 2016, and caused the Defendant to misunderstanding that the actual Defendant had a card and did not have any card that he had in possession, and caused the misunderstanding that the Defendant did not have any card that he had been put, and then, the Defendant was able to take once the front part of the ATM equipment (11cm in width, 10cm in length, 10cm in length, and 10cm in length, which is a dangerous object on the surrounding floor) and damaged the repair equipment.
