1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 285,366,840 and the interest rate thereon from November 12, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Although the Plaintiff supplied display parts, etc. to Defendant A, the Plaintiff did not receive the amount of KRW 285,366,840 for the goods.
On April 15, 2015, Defendant B acquired the above goods payment obligation against the Plaintiff of Defendant A Co., Ltd. in parallel.
Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above amount of goods 285,366,840 won and damages for delay.
