1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 190,595,641 as well as the interest rate from February 5, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, sold the resin to Defendant A from around 2005 to August 2013, but was not paid KRW 190,595,641 out of the sales proceeds.
On April 21, 2014, Defendant B concurrently accepted the obligation to pay the price for the goods to the Plaintiff of Defendant A Co., Ltd.
Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 190,595,641 won for the above goods and damages for delay.
