1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 166,310,250 and the interest rate thereon from May 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, at the request of the Defendant A Co., Ltd., supplied steel materials from July 18, 2016 to October 30, 2017 at the request of the Defendant A Co., Ltd., however, the Plaintiff still failed to receive KRW 166,310,250 out of the price of the goods, thereby claiming payment of the said goods against the Defendant A Co., Ltd. and the Defendant B, a joint guarantor thereof.
