A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a marina business in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu and 3.

In addition, the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, health conditions, motive and circumstance of the crime, means and consequence of the crime, etc. shall be comprehensively considered and determined as ordered by taking into account all the factors of sentencing as shown in the trial process, such as the circumstances after the crime.
