A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. From June 26, 2018 to the next 07:00 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting one of the “actual monthly opening expenses equivalent to KRW 20,000, market price owned by the victim C, which was located in the display stand in front of the store in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.”

2. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) putting 30,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E, which was located in the display stand prior to the fireworks of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu Seoul; and (b) cut off the 1 minute of the 'Melon tree' in the market price of the victim E.

3. On June 29, 2018, the Defendant, around 03:56, 2018, citing two flames equivalent to KRW 20,000 of the market price owned by the victim E, which was located in the display stand prior to the fireworks, referring to one chemical powder equivalent to KRW 20,000 of the market price, one chemical powder equivalent to KRW 20,000 of the market price, and 10,000 of the market price.

On August 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:18, the F apartment shop in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government came to front of the “H beauty Arts Center” in G, and (b) cut off the plants of various plants equivalent to KRW 15,000 at the market price of the victim I owned by the Defendant from the chemical part located near the entrance.

around 02:00 on July 25, 2019, the Defendant, “2019 Highest 2749”, around 02:0, at around 02:00, placed in a shopping bag prepared in front of the entrance, 6 of the market value, which is the victim’s possession in front of the entrance, was stolen.
