A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2015, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded the upper body and two arms above the dives day installed in front of the said divesium into the upper end of the said divesium; (b) divers into the upper end of the said divesium; and (c) divers into one dives powder powder equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the market price owned by the victim located there.

2. On July 1, 2015, around 05:00, the Defendant infringed upon the method referred to in the above Paragraph (1) by the same method as that of the above Paragraph (1), and cited a 50,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located therein, and stolen a brub.

3. On July 1, 2015, around 05:00, the Defendant infringed upon the method of the above paragraph (1) by the same method as that of the above paragraph (1), and cited a 50,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession, which was located there, and stolen a brub powder equivalent to 50,000 won.

4. On July 1, 2015, around 05:00 and around 05:0, the Defendant invadedd the method of the above Paragraph (1) by the same method as that of the above Paragraph (1), and cited 50,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located there, and stolen.

5. On July 29, 2015, around 04:15, the Defendant infringed upon the building from the access route to the building to the front door, and cited one of the 50,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, and stolen the building.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by impairing another person's structure at night over a total of five times.
